Why not publish a flat rate?
Because scope genuinely changes the work: a five-page site and a site with a store, three languages and a CRM integration have nothing in common. A single published price would have to be inflated to cover the worst case, and a published "from" helps nobody whose project is not the minimum. So the number arrives in the proposal, worked out on what you actually need, within 24 hours.
How long does a quote take?
Under 24 hours from the moment you tell me what you need, in writing and with the scope spelled out. No obligation and no mandatory sales call: if it is not a fit, that is fine.
What does monthly maintenance include?
Hosting and domain, security certificate, backups, technical updates, uptime monitoring and the content changes you need, such as changing prices, photos, copy or adding a section. It is not just hosting: it is your site staying alive without you having to think about it.
Is maintenance mandatory?
No. The site is yours and can live without us. Maintenance is for people who would rather not think about updates, backups or content changes. It can be added later or dropped at any time.
Do you work to a fixed price or by the hour?
Fixed. Scope is defined, a price is set, and that is the price. If something new comes up mid-project it is quoted separately and you decide before it is built. Nothing appears on the invoice that you have not approved.
